We implement two quality inspection procedures to guarantee flawless products delivered to customers.

1. In-Production Inspection

Real-time quality checks during the manufacturing process, including dimensional verification after stamping, weld integrity testing, and coating thickness measurement on the automated painting line.

2. Warehouse Inspection

A final comprehensive inspection in our 11,000 sqm smart warehousing center before shipment, covering appearance, fitment accuracy, packaging integrity, and product documentation verification.

Warranty Terms

3-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty, whichever comes first.

Warranty Coverage

1. Panel Cracking

Cracks, fractures or perforations on the product caused by factors other than external collision, scraping or impact.

2. Coating Peeling

Blistering, cracking or large-area peeling of surface coatings (including but not limited to paint films and anti-corrosion coatings) resulting from non-man-made scratches or chemical corrosion.
